Die Casting Machine DC-J Series
We manufacture and sell six models of DC-I series die casting machines ranging
from 135 tons to 800 tons for the forming of aluminum, magnesium and zinc
products.
Our QCDs all have the same starting point as in Japan, and certain products are
even sold overseas first to provide equipment that customers can use with peace
of mind. Quality assurance management projects. 1. Quality guidance for
processing, sourcing products and trading. Stabilization of model material,
stabilization of machining accuracy. The quality of purchased products is
stabilized. 2. Delivery date management of purchased parts. Manage stable supply
by managing orders and delivery dates. 3. Stabilize work through ongoing
guidance. Assembled and inspected by Japanese experts. 4. Obtained IS09001
certification. We have obtained IS09001 and IS014001 quality management
system certification in 2004. We advocate the provision of environmentally
friendly and efficient equipment.
In order to give customers a better understanding of our machinery before purchasing, we have placed injection moulding and
die casting machines with equipment attached to start-up operations in the showroom of our technical center. We also provide
customers with forming and die casting testing and technical training. In addition, our Japanese professional engineers will
conduct technical inspections of mold products according to customer requirements, and answer customer inquiries about
equipment planning and other aspects.
